Clearly, this time we missed the mark, and for that I want to express my sincerest apologies.Your visit unfortunately coincided with our yearly complete art exhibit change out. Most of the galleries aren't accessible during the change out and our housekeeping and maintenance departments are sometimes overextended making sure that the changeout itself occurs as scheduled in order to create minimal disruptions to our guests. That being said, we would like to invite you back to our hotel after the opening of our newest art exhibit, so that you can experience a true 21c Museum Hotel stay.
